The Student Support Professional (SSP) conference is an OCDSB based read only conference where you will find annual Employee Services bulletins, memos and notices.
The Payroll Conference is an OCDSB based read only conference where you will find information regarding pay date schedules, casual timesheet deadlines, etc. as well as helpful links regarding your paystub and banking information.
Please note: SSP does not post in either conference.
Where to find your conferences: from your OCDSB email, click on the Google Apps Grid (top right corner beside your google account name), then select Groups
Steps to follow:
1) Verify A&S Pay Schedule (e.g. pay is 2 weeks in arrears).
2) Compare your ATE calendar (under Occasional Employees tab) of assignments to Employee Inquiry (under Time sheets).
3) If an assignment is missing from your calendar or your haven't received payment (as per Steps 1 and 2 above), contact the School to ensure the assignment is entered properly. Keep in mind that if corrections are made, there will be a delay in your electronic time sheet being exported for payment.
